Helen Winslow Ray House
Residential Treatment Program
The Helen Winslow Ray House Residential Program, with a capacity of eight residents, provides trauma-informed treatment and support services to adults living with mental illness. Often our clients have co-occurring conditions, such as chronic health problems and/or substance use disorders.
In a supportive, safe, and secure environment, we address the complex needs of clients with an integrated, individualized, and client-centered approach facilitated 24 hours a day. The staff are trained in trauma-informed care, mental health, and substance use treatment, crisis intervention, and other best practices.
Through an integrated health model of care the program recognizes the unique needs of each resident, seeks creative ways to offer a variety of empowering experiences and connections to the community, and works to provide an environment where clients can maintain individuality and dignity. We believe these services and supports are necessary for the residents to remain in the community of their choice and maximize their potential for obtaining and maintaining optimal mental health and wellness.
